Who fits a Yum! Curries territory?

Strong franchisees we want to work with usually share a few traits — not all are required, but at least three of the following typically indicate a strong fit:

Operations DNA

Existing QSR / restaurant / kitchen experience, ideally multi-unit. You understand cost-of-goods, labour scheduling, and aggregator economics.

Capital ready

Personal or partnership capital available within 3 months. We'll share investment ranges by model under NDA — they vary widely between cloud-kitchen and multi-unit.

Brand alignment

You believe in halal-led, premium-Indian-comfort positioning. You wouldn't try to "value-engineer" us into a generic curry house. You see why boneless, low-oil, restaurant-grade is a category-shift.

Territory commitment

You can commit to a 5-year territory plan, with measurable opening cadence and a pipeline of operator-managers if scaling beyond 3 units.
